Job Description

Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage staff schedules, coach team members, and evaluate performance.

Operations Oversight: Monitor active routes, vehicle tracking systems, and delivery progress to ensure timely execution.

Problem Resolution: Address delays, route emergencies, or customer complaints quickly and effectively.

System & Data Management: Maintain digital logs, update inventory or trip databases, and generate operational performance reports.

Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate closely with warehouse staff, drivers, management, and external transport partners. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
