Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSort diamonds according to size, color, clarity, cut, and shape
- Identify and separate natural, treated, and lab-grown diamonds (if applicable)
- Check diamonds for defects, inclusions, cracks, or damage
- Ensure proper matching of diamonds for jewelry production
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in assorting as per company standards
- Handle diamonds carefully to avoid loss or damage
- Maintain records of sorted lots and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with QC, production, and inventory teams
- Follow security, safety, and confidentiality protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation
