Data Entry / MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel, ERP, or other company software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain production, inventory, attendance, or HR records as required.
• Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required data.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of company information.
• Perform data validation and regular record maintenance.
• Support audits by providing accurate reports and documentation.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
