Data Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to help improve business decisions and operational efficiency. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization with the ability to generate meaningful insights from data.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize, and analyze large sets of data
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Create dashboards and MIS reports using Excel or BI tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from data
• Maintain data accuracy and database management
• Work closely with different departments for reporting needs
• Prepare presentations and performance reports
• Support management with data-driven decision-making
• Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or MIS Executive
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts)
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of dashboards and visualization tools
• Basic understanding of business operations and reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
