Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Process: GDS – Travel Support

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Work From Office)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through both chat and voice support channels.
• Assist customers with travel-related bookings, modifications, cancellations, and itinerary management.
• Utilize GDS platforms to provide accurate travel solutions and support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to process guidelines and quality standards.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of experience in the Travel/GDS domain.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus is mandatory.
• Knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Compensation💰 Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC per month (based on experience and interview performance).
