Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team. If you are passionate about customer service and looking to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
Job Role:
- Handle Domestic/International customer inquiries via calls & Chat/Email
- Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Build rapport with customers and document interactions.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Stay updated on new products and company policies.
Eligibility:
- Candidate should be minimum Graduate from recognized University
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer service Can apply.
- Age limit: 18 to 32 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
