Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Travel Process

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Travel Support Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent support through calls, emails, and chat.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and services.

• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer records and update details in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

• Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel / Hospitality / Customer Support industry.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
