Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support.

Resolve product-related issues and assist with claims or policy changes.

Document interactions and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Job Details:

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: Rotational Shift | 5 days a week (2 rotational off)

Both side Cab facility within 20Kms

Compensation: 25,000 -34,000 (CTC) + Incentives

Benefits: PF, ESIC, Group Insurance, Gratuity, and performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

0-24 Months of Experience in International Process Mandatory.

Freshers are welcome to apply

Undergraduate, Graduates, Post-Graduates with recognized university can apply.
