​Shift & Schedule

• ​Working Days: 5 days per week (2 rotational offs).

• ​Shift Type: Rotational shifts.

• ​Daily Schedule: 10-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break).

• ​Operational Windows: 

• ​Female Associates: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• ​Male Associates: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

• ​Transport: No cab facilities provided; candidates must manage their own commute.

​Compensation & Benefits

• ​Total CTC: 19,000 INR per month

• ​Fixed Component: 18,000 INR

• ​Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to 1,000 INR
