Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to vehicle servicing.
• Make follow-up calls for service reminders, feedback, and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and service concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely updates and smooth customer communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Build long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Promote service campaigns, annual maintenance packages, and value-added services.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or the automobile industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software/MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
