Job Description – Customer Relations Officer

We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join our team and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Explain products/services and assist customers with their requirements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales support is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
