Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and website chat.
• Answer phone calls whenever customers request assistance.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, exchanges, and returns.
• Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order-related issues.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Prior customer support or e-commerce experience is preferred but not mandatory.
