CTL Machine Helper

Job Description:

•  Assisting in loading metal coils onto the CTL machine.
•  Helping feed metal coils into the machine.
•  Supporting the operator during machine setup and changeovers.
•  Stacking, sorting, and packing finished metal sheets.
•  Checking sheets for visible defects, damage, or incorrect sizes.
•  Measuring sheet dimensions using basic measuring tools as instructed.
•  Removing scrap material and keeping the production area clean.
•  Assisting with loading and unloading materials using approved equipment.
•  Following safety instructions and wearing the required PPE.
•  Informing the operator or supervisor of any machine issues or material defects.
•  Helping with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
•  Maintaining good housekeeping and ensuring a safe work environment.
