Job Summary:KIWI Kisan Window is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for the night shift. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, billing operations, product display, and ensuring smooth store operations during night hours while delivering excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Ensure excellent customer experience and quick query resolution
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
• Billing & Counter Operations:Manage billing and POS operations accurately
• Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain billing records
• Ensure proper opening and closing of billing counters
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area
• Store Operations:Refill shelves and maintain proper product display (VM standards)
• Ensure product availability and stock rotation
• Check product expiry dates and maintain freshness standards
• Assist in inventory counting and stock management
• Night Shift Responsibilities:Ensure smooth functioning of the store during night hours
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff when required
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and store SOP compliance
• Share daily store updates, VM pictures, and reports as required
• Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior retail or counter sales experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of billing software/POS systems
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Presentable personality with professional grooming
