We are looking for an experienced Counter Sales Executive to handle customer sales and day-to-day operations at our dry fruits store. The candidate will assist customers, explain products, manage counter sales, maintain product displays, and support smooth store operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle counter sales and assist customers with their dry fruit requirements.
• Explain product varieties, quality, pricing, and available options to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable dry fruits and related products.
• Maintain proper product display and attractive counter presentation.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and customer payments as required.
• Check product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment.
• Assist with packing and weighing dry fruits as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter and store.
• Support daily inventory and stock management activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Male 12th Pass with at least 2 years of retail/FMCG sales experience.
• Prior experience in a dry fruits, grocery, food, or retail store will be preferred.
• Should have good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Should be comfortable with counter sales, billing, product handling, and store operations.
• Candidates with good upselling and customer service skills are preferred.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹17,000–₹23,000/month, as per skill and experience
• Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 as per performance
