Counter Sales Executive

Job DescriptionP.R. & Sons Jewellers is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customers at the jewellery counter and understand their requirements.
• Explain jewellery products, designs, pricing and product features to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.
• Handle B2C sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the showroom and manufacturing team when required.
• Maintain proper product and sales records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and follow up with potential customers.
• Required Skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery showroom / retail sales / counter sales preferred.
• Good convincing and selling skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery products and designs.
• Ability to explain products confidently.
• Target-oriented and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of billing and computer operations will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Jewellery Sales, Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery, Retail Counter Sales, Showroom Sales or B2C Sales are preferred.
