Content Strategy Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan content for social media and ad campaigns
• Come up with new content and video ideas
• Write scripts and give directions for video shoots
• Plan video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platforms
• Find and test trending hooks for reels and short videos
• Study competitor content and trending formats
• Work with video editors, designers, and ad managers
• Create and manage a content calendar
• Track how content performs and improve based on results

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
• Understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing
• Knowledge of viral hooks, UGC, and short-video trends
• Good communication skills
• Creative thinker, comfortable handling multiple projects

Preferred:

• Experience with D2C, healthcare, e-commerce, or lead-gen brands
• Hands-on experience running or planning Meta Ads
• Worked with UGC creators or influencers
• Comfortable with ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut
