Construction Site Supervisor – Job Description

Job Summary

United Plywood Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality execution, maintain safety standards, and complete projects within the defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment utilization.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent project delays.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
