Job Description: -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, billing, inventory records, and documentation related to pharmaceutical distribution. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Billing Sap software. Marg software experience also can apply and MS Excel to support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities: -

Handle daily computer operations on SAP software and data entry

Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and stock records using Marg Software

Maintain inventory, batch details, and expiry records

Generate reports related to sales, stock, outstanding, and returns

Use Advanced MS Excel for data analysis, reports, and reconciliation

Maintain accurate records and files (digital and physical)

Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams

Education: Graduation is mandatory

Experience: experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required: -

Experience of SAP software for billing (Marg software experience can also apply)

Good typing speed and accuracy

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Attention to detail

 Working Hours: 10:00am to 6:15pm And Monday to Saturday Working Days
