Civil Site Engineer

Primary requirement is in Building Construction.

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

Site Management & Supervision: Overseeing daily site operations, setting out layouts, surveying, and directing workers to ensure compliance with structural drawings.

Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Inspecting construction work to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control tests, and building codes.

Technical Assistance & Planning: Providing technical advice, resolving on-site issues, and assisting in the preparation of project schedules.

Material & Resource Management: Organizing materials, machinery, and equipment to ensure they are available for use, including conducting inventory checks.

Documentation & Reporting: Preparing regular site reports, maintaining daily records of work progress, and updating project documentation.

Safety Enforcement: Implementing and enforcing health and safety (HSE) protocols on site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Coordination: Liaising with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

Billing: To make bills according to IS standards, mode of measurements. To make subcontractor's bills on time for timely payment.
