Chef – Multi-Cuisine / Fast Food

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of dishes, including:
• Fast Food: Sandwiches, Burgers, Pizza, Vada Pav.
• Chinese: Noodles, Manchurian, Fried Rice, etc.
• North Indian: Snacks, Starters, Main Course and Indian meals.
• Beverages: Shakes, Mocktails and other refreshing drinks.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage kitchen operations, food preparation, and inventory.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
• Manage kitchen helpers and ensure timely order preparation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experienced chef with knowledge of multiple cuisines.
• Must be capable of independently preparing all the above-mentioned food categories.
• Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, and food presentation.
• Fast, efficient, and organized during peak hours.
• Responsible, disciplined, and passionate about cooking.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Preference: Candidates with prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) will be preferred.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

• विभिन्न प्रकार के फास्ट फूड और अन्य व्यंजन बनाने में दक्षता होनी चाहिए।
• सैंडविच, बर्गर, पिज्जा, वड़ा पाव और अन्य फास्ट फूड तैयार करना।
• चाइनीज़ व्यंजन जैसे नूडल्स, मंचूरियन, फ्राइड राइस आदि बनाना।
• नॉर्थ इंडियन भोजन, स्नैक्स, स्टार्टर और मेन कोर्स तैयार करना।
• शेक्स, मॉकटेल्स और अन्य बेवरेजेज बनाना।
• खाने के स्वाद, गुणवत्ता और प्रेजेंटेशन का विशेष ध्यान रखना।
• किचन की साफ-सफाई, हाइजीन और फूड सेफ्टी के नियमों का पालन करना।
• किचन का स्टॉक, सामग्री और फूड वेस्टेज मैनेज करना।
• व्यस्त समय में भी ऑर्डर समय पर और अच्छी गुणवत्ता के साथ तैयार करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ :

• मल्टी-क्यूज़ीन और फास्ट फूड बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• ऊपर बताई गई सभी फूड कैटेगरी बनाने में दक्षता होनी चाहिए।
• किचन का काम स्वतंत्र रूप से संभालने की क्षमता हो।
• साफ-सफाई, अनुशासन और समय की पाबंदी हो।
• खाने के स्वाद और गुणवत्ता को लेकर जिम्मेदार और सजग हो।
• टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने और किचन स्टाफ को मैनेज करने की क्षमता हो।
