Job Title: Project & Showroom Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project & Showroom Coordinator to manage ongoing aluminium windows, doors, and metal façade projects while handling day-to-day showroom operations. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, site teams, and the production team to ensure projects are executed smoothly and the showroom operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project execution from order confirmation to handover.
• Track project schedules, production status, dispatch, and site progress.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates, approvals, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and installation teams.
• Maintain project documentation, quotations, BOQs, and invoices.
• Manage showroom operations, including visitor handling and product displays.
• Schedule client meetings and maintain CRM/follow-up records.
• Prepare daily and weekly project status reports for management.
• Ensure timely material availability and resolve coordination issues.
• Support sales and operations teams whenever required.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or office administration.
• Experience in aluminium windows, doors, façades, construction, or interiors is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

This role is ideal for someone who can keep both office operations and project execution organized while serving as the central point of coordination between clients, suppliers, and site teams.
