Business Development Executive (BDE)

PrimePath IT Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives(BDE) to expand our international student client base. We provide online academic and assignment support services to students across international markets.

We are looking for candidates with good English communication, strong convincing abilities, and a customer-oriented approach who can connect with international students and turn potential leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and connect with international students through calls and online platforms.
• Introduce and explain our online academic and assignment support services.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable support services.
• Convert potential leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.
• Handle customer queries and maintain accurate lead records.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and customer conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling international client conversations.
• Good presentation and public-speaking abilities.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
