Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients, understanding business requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and converting leads into long-term customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI, SaaS, and Business Automation while building a rewarding career in technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify customer needs and business challenges.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions.
Product Demonstration & Consultation
- Schedule and conduct VaaniAI product demonstrations.
- Explain product features, benefits, and use cases effectively.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Deliver professional presentations and solution-oriented discussions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Assist clients during onboarding and initial implementation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the technical team.
Market & Product Understanding
- Develop knowledge of AI, Voice Agents, and Automation technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer acquisition and retention.
Skills Required
Must Have
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Strong Negotiation and Convincing Ability
- Client Handling & Relationship Management Skills
- Basic Technical Understanding of Software/SaaS Products
- Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented Approach
- Strong Follow-up and Closing Skills
- Ability to Learn and Adapt Quickly
Preferred
- 6 Months β 1 Year of Experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Success, or SaaS Sales
- Familiarity with CRM Tools
- Interest in AI, Automation, and Emerging Technologies
