Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Professional to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling solar rooftop systems, good client-handling skills, and a strong understanding of the solar market in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including field visits, digital campaigns, and referrals.
• Visit potential customers (residential, commercial & industrial) to understand energy needs.
• Prepare and present customized solar proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with the design and technical team for site surveys and quotations.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure smooth project handover.
• Stay updated on MNRE policies, subsidies, and DISCOM regulations in Rajasthan.
• Represent the company in local solar expos and networking events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solar rooftop system sales (residential/commercial).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of basic electrical and solar concepts.
• Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and field-ready.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp/Google tools.
• Diploma/Graduate in Engineering, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
