About the Role

Shashisun Energy is hiring Telecallers for our solar energy division. This is a full-time, office-based, 100% cold-calling role at our Mansarovar, Jaipur location. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 300 outbound cold calls per day
• Generate and produce a minimum of 5 confirmed meetings/appointments per day (KPI)
• Maintain professional communication with prospective customers
• Update call records, lead status, and meeting details accurately

Eligibility

• Graduate (any stream)

Compensation Structure

• Probation Period: 30 days
• Probation Salary: ₹5,000/month
• Post-Probation Salary (on selection): ₹10,000/month
