Job Summary:

The Bamboo Nation is looking for a passionate Barista who can prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively café atmosphere. If you love coffee, have a knack for latte art, and enjoy crafting unique beverages, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee & Beverage Preparation
• Prepare espresso-based drinks (Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Mocha, etc.).
• Use manual brewing methods (French Press, Pour-over, AeroPress).
• Ensure excellent presentation and latte art for beverages.

Customer Service & Order Management

• Greet customers warmly and understand their preferences.
• Take and serve orders efficiently while ensuring quick service.
• Handle customer queries and special requests professionally.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.).
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bakery items.
• Report shortages and ensure timely restocking.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months - 2 years (freshers with training can also apply).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso machines.
• Ability to create latte art and signature drinks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Barista training preferred).

Language: Basic English & Hindi.
