Back Office Sales Executive

Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to handle back office sales and attend walk-in customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Explain life insurance products clearly
• Generate leads and close sales
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Interest in sales and customer handling
• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers can apply
• Prior experience in sales/insurance will be an added advantage
