Back Office Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Order Management Specialist. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong sense of ownership and responsibility when it comes to order management and maintaining their respectively data in Excel sheets. Responsibilities: - Process and manage customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer information and order records(Dispatch, return & Rto) in Excel sheets. - Cooperate with other colleagues and departments to get daily tasks done.
