We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Relationship Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with financial products, maintaining client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers and explain personal loan and credit card products.

Generate and follow up on leads.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Assist customers throughout the application process.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing.

Maintain accurate customer records and MIS.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
