Area Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for handling sales operations, supporting the team, and ensuring target achievement through effective planning, monitoring, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor lead allocation through the sales portal
• Review market trends and support sales strategy planning
• Handle team and customer objections effectively
• Take ownership of team performance and daily operations
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Support team members and ensure smooth execution of work
• Maintain and analyze sales data for performance improvement
• Prepare reports and present updates to management
