Area Sales Manager

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Jaipur

Industry: Mobile / Consumer Electronics Distribution

• Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage Xiaomi distributor network across assigned territory in Rajasthan
• Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retail channels
• Appoint and develop dealers/sub-dealers to expand market reach
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and market share growth
• Monitor stock movement, availability, and distributor performance
• Coordinate with Xiaomi regional team for schemes, promotions, and execution
• Conduct market visits and retailer engagement activities regularly
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback
• Candidate Requirements:3–7 years experience in mobile/electronics distribution sales
• Experience handling distributors and channel sales is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Rajasthan market and retail network
• Strong communication, reporting, and team coordination skills
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Preferred: Experience in smartphone / consumer electronics industry preferred.
