ABOUT THE ROLE

ARD Material Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and driven Architect to join our growing design team in Jaipur. In this role, you will take creative ownership of residential and commercial projects — from initial concept through to final execution. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and our in-house interior design team to deliver spaces that are functional, aesthetic, and built to last.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Develop architectural and interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, and client presentations.

•    Produce precise 2D working drawings, 3D models, and detailed construction documentation.

•    Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and project-related documentation.

•    Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.

•    Conduct regular site visits and supervise project execution to ensure quality and design integrity.

•    Verify that all designs adhere to client briefs, functional requirements, and aesthetic standards.

•    Support project planning and scheduling to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

•    Uphold quality benchmarks across all phases of design and construction.

SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in the following tools is required:

⬡ SketchUp

⬡ 3ds Max

⬡ V-Ray / Corona Renderer

⬡ Lumion

⬡ Adobe Photoshop

⬡ MS Office Suite

⬡ Revit (Good to Have)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

•    Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) — only candidates with a formal architecture degree will be considered.

•    Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in architecture or interior design projects.

•    Strong design sensibility with proficiency in technical drawing and documentation.

•    Clear and confident communication and client-presentation skills.

•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
