Role Overview

We are hiring for the position of Unit Manager / Agency Manager for the Agency Channel vertical. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents

Generate life insurance business through the agency channel

Train and motivate advisors for sales performance

Support the team in lead generation and client meetings

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines

Conduct regular fieldwork with advisors

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales

Good communication and team handling skills

Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

Local market knowledge preferred
