• Key ResponsibilitiesAdvisor Recruitment & ActivationRecruit and onboard quality advisors as per business requirements.
• Ensure monthly activation and engagement of advisors.
• Build and develop a productive advisor network.
• Team Development & ProductivityMonitor advisor performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Conduct regular meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Support advisors in achieving career progression and business goals.
• Sales & Revenue GenerationGenerate new business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Drive sales through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Relationship ManagementBuild strong professional relationships with advisors and customers.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to the sales team.
• Reporting & ComplianceReview business performance with the reporting manager on a weekly basis.
• Participate in all training programs and business meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct daily joint calls to support advisors and improve conversions.
