Admission Counsellor

Job Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Contact leads generated through Google, social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Understand students' learning requirements and guide them regarding stock market courses.
• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, batch timings, and career opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain lead records and update student interactions in the CRM/software.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with faculty and administration teams regarding student onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent counseling support.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and student inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of sales, counseling, and customer relationship management.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
• Knowledge of the stock market is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
