Role: Admission Counselor / Tele-sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counselor who can pitch our premium skill-based online programs (including AI Mastery, Stock Market & Trading, Personal Finance, Import-Export, and Personality Development) to aspiring students, professionals, and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call warm/hot leads (inbound/outbound) and understand the career goals or interests of the candidates.
• Counsel prospects and pitch the value of our specialized skill courses (AI, Finance, Trading, and Business).
• Handle objections effectively regarding course fees, modules, and career benefits to drive immediate enrollments.
• Achieve weekly and monthly course sales targets.
• Maintain daily call logs and student data on tracking tools/CRM.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA or Business background is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales, Course Counseling, or Tele-sales is mandatory.
• Language: Must have excellent and fluent English communication skills along with Hindi.
• Skills: Strong convincing power, objection handling, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel), and a target-driven mindset.
