·        Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries

·        Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups

·        Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM regularly

·        Understand student requirements and suggest suitable university

·        Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

·        Build strong relationships with students and parents for long-term engagement

·        Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students

·        Participate in admission events, seminars, and promotional activities
