Job Description
Enter purchase, sales, and expense vouchers in Tally.
Prepare GST-compliant invoices.
Track all customer orders from booking to dispatch.
Coordinate between Sales, CAD, Production, Inventory, and Dispatch.
Update the Daily Order Status Report.
Update inventory records .
Record material issue and return slips.
Maintain customer order files.
Organize purchase orders, job cards, invoices, and QC reports.
Keep digital records updated and backed up.
