Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accurate accounts, and handling vehicle-related tracking and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Track and record vehicle expenses, fuel usage, maintenance, and related documentation
• Monitor vehicle logs and ensure proper record-keeping
• Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Assist in audits and tax-related work as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data management)
• Ability to manage and track vehicle-related records efficiently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
