Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and basic office documentation at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
  • Handle purchase and sales entries, bills, invoices, and vouchers.
  • Maintain cash book, petty cash, and basic expense records.
  • Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
  • Perform basic data entry and record-keeping using MS Excel.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge, including data entry, formatting, and simple formulas.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
