Job PurposeThe Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll verification, tax compliance, financial reporting, and supporting management with timely financial analysis for informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Financial AccountingMaintain accurate books of accounts.Verify all accounting entries before posting.Ensure daily reconciliation of bank accounts, cash, and ledgers.Monitor receivables and payables.Review journal vouchers and supporting documents.Output Goal100% accurate accounting records.Daily books updated before end of business day.Zero unauthorized accounting entries.2. Accounts Receivable & Collection MonitoringMonitor customer outstanding payments.Coordinate with CRM and Sales for collection follow-up.Prepare ageing reports.Reduce overdue receivables.Output GoalReduce overdue receivables every month.Maintain debtor ageing within company policy.Daily outstanding report shared.3. Accounts Payable ManagementVerify vendor bills.Ensure timely payments.Maintain vendor reconciliation.Avoid late payment penalties.Output Goal100% verified vendor bills.Zero duplicate payments.Vendor payments processed as per schedule.4. GST, TDS & Statutory ComplianceGST Return FilingTDS Deduction & Return FilingPF & ESI ComplianceProfessional Tax ComplianceIncome Tax documentationOutput Goal100% statutory compliance.Zero penalties.All returns filed before due dates.5.
