Job Description

  1. Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  2. Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices and billing.
  3. Maintain cash book, bank book and petty cash records.
  4. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  5. Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
  6. Maintain GST invoices and assist in GST-related work.
  7. Verify bills, vouchers and expense records.
  8. Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
  9. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  10. Coordinate with other departments for accounting-related matters.
