BYC | Build Your Capital is a progressive financial consulting firm offering advisory services in taxation, funding, subsidies, and compliance. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Expert to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in Tally Prime/ERP
• Manage GST input/output reconciliation and filing support
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts receivable/payable
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports from Tally
• Conduct regular reconciliations – bank, vendor, and customer accounts
• Coordinate with CA and audit teams for compliance requirements
• Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel & working knowledge of GST & TDS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling accounts for consulting or service-based firms
• Knowledge of TDS return filing and GST compliance lifecycle
• Exposure to Zoho Books or other accounting tools is a plus
