Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
  • Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, invoices and ledger entries.
  • Maintain and update customer/vendor records.
  • Manage basic CRM operations and update customer/payment-related data.
  • Bank reconciliation and basic accounting reports.
  • Prepare and maintain bills, vouchers and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounts and payment-related matters.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and accounting.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software.
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Good communication and data-entry skills.
  • Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge can also apply.
