Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, manage invoicing and billing processes, and ensure financial accuracy across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, ledger entries, and ensure compliance with standard accounting practices.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate client invoices, manage billing cycles, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Price Validation: Verify pricing models, cross-check vendor invoices against agreed rates, and flag any discrepancies.
• Auditing: Assist in internal financial audits and prepare necessary documentation for smoother audit closures.
• Data Management: Utilize accounting software and tools to keep financial data highly organized and secure.

Requirements & Key Skills

• Software Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency in using advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
• Core Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial principles, billing, and auditing.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numbers and validation processes.
