- Job Responsibilities:Candidates ko call karke job opportunities ke baare mein batana.
- Interested candidates ka screening aur registration karna.
- Daily calling targets achieve karna.
- Interview schedule karna aur follow-up lena.
- Candidate database aur records maintain karna.
- WhatsApp, SMS aur calls ke through candidate engagement karna.
- Joining aur onboarding process coordinate karna.
- Required Skills:Hindi communication skills achhi honi chahiye.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive attitude aur target-oriented approach.
- Team mein kaam karne ki ability.
- Eligibility:12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher aur Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain.
