SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive with proven experience in handling international SEO projects, particularly in the Tours & Travel industry. The ideal candidate should have agency experience and possess strong expertise in end-to-end SEO strategy, execution, website optimization, technical SEO, content optimization, link building, and website management.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who can independently manage SEO campaigns from strategy to execution and deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for international markets.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Create SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• On-Page SEOOptimize website content, metadata, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.
• Conduct content audits and implement SEO best practices.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams for content optimization.
• Technical SEOPerform technical audits and resolve SEO issues.
• Manage indexing, crawling, site architecture, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
• Improve website speed, mobile usability, and overall SEO health.
• Off-Page SEO & Link BuildingPlan and execute high-quality backlink acquisition campaigns.
• Conduct outreach, guest posting, digital PR, and authority-building activities.
• Monitor backlink profiles and remove toxic links when necessary.
• Website Management & DevelopmentExperience with WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or similar website builders.
• Coordinate with developers for SEO implementation.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Generate regular SEO reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend optimization strategies.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of International SEO.
• Proven experience in Tours & Travel SEO campaigns.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Strong backlink building and outreach skills.
• Experience with website builders and CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of schema markup and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SEO auditing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience managing SEO for travel destinations, tour packages, hotels, and international travel websites.
• Agency background handling multiple client projects.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of local SEO and international market expansion strategies.
