Job Description
We need a smart Marketing Executive to build our brand presence and drive lead generation for our construction .
You will create and execute marketing campaigns, connect with prospective clients or architects, and handle promotional materials
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Find and nurture potential clients, corporate buyers, and real estate investors.Campaign Management: Plan online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, local ads, and site events.Market Research: Study local construction trends, competitor pricing, and buyer demands.
Collateral Creation: Design brochures, site hoardings, flyers, and digital presentations for ongoing projects.
Collaboration: Partner with sales and project teams to align marketing messaging with actual property features.
Requirements of education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing (construction or real estate industry experience is a major plus).
Skills: Strong communication, basic digital marketing knowledge
