Job Description

होटल एवं बैंक्वेट की रसोई (Kitchen) में साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना, बर्तन धोना, किचन उपकरणों की देखभाल करना तथा हाइजीन स्टैंडर्ड का पालन करना।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:✅ किचन के बर्तन, प्लेट, गिलास, कड़ाही, पैन आदि की सफाई करना।


✅ किचन की फर्श, सिंक, ड्रेनेज एवं कार्यस्थल को साफ रखना।

✅ कचरे का सही तरीके से निपटान करना।

✅ डिशवॉश मशीन एवं अन्य सफाई उपकरणों का सही उपयोग करना।

✅ साफ किए गए बर्तनों को व्यवस्थित तरीके से रखना।

✅ किचन टीम एवं शेफ को आवश्यकता अनुसार सहयोग देना।

✅ बैंक्वेट एवं इवेंट्स के दौरान बर्तनों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।

✅ होटल की हाइजीन, सेफ्टी एवं ग्रूमिंग पॉलिसी का पालन करना।

  • आवश्यक योग्यता:8वीं / 10वीं / 12वीं पास
  • होटल, रेस्टोरेंट या बैंक्वेट में कार्य का अनुभव हो तो वरीयता
  • मेहनती एवं अनुशासित व्यक्ति
  • टीम में कार्य करने की क्षमता
  • आवश्यक कौशल:साफ-सफाई एवं हाइजीन की सामान्य जानकारी

To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and back-of-house areas as per hotel standards.

  • Wash and clean kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, sinks, drains, and workstations.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and garbage segregation.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment properly.
  • Handle kitchen equipment carefully to avoid damage or breakage.
  • Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

Kitchen Support

  • Support chefs and kitchen staff during operations.
  • Assist in banquet and event setup/breakdown activities.
  • Ensure continuous availability of clean utensils during busy service hours.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely according to guidelines.
  • Wear proper uniform, gloves, masks, and safety shoes as required.
  • Requirements:Minimum 8th/10th Pass.
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, or catering services preferred.
  • Physically fit and hardworking.
  • Good teamwork and discipline.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
